The wellness cave is the hotel spa, a place dedicated to the time to discover again.
A series of original tufa caves and tunnels (on which Oste del Castello Wellness & Bike hotel stands with a rich surrounding area) will lead you into the most intimate heart of Mother Earth. A feeling of protection and harmony will bring you back to the origins, where everything began, the water (the element of life) will gently cradle you in the Wellness Cave giving you a deep feeling of tranquility and balance.
The wellness path is equipped with a whirlpool bath (34 º C) with chromotherapy and aromatherapy, waterfall with cervical jet in whirlpool bath, sauna, Turkish bath, 2 emotional showers with chromotherapy and 2 heated stone beds as a relaxation area.

Please note about the booking of the Wellness Cave:
- We confirm that all our hotel services are guaranteed in compliance with health protocols in contrast to the spread of Covid-19.
- The Access to our thrilling wellness cave will be guaranteed with entrances (45 minute each) to book early with our reception with the following conditions:
- Turns exclusively for each couple or nuclear family registered in the hotel.
- During your stay 1 turn (45 minutes) is guaranteed. It is possible to book another turn with an extra of €20,00 per person.
- It is possible to book with additional charge our thrilling "Wellness Cave" for exclusive use for the couple with a turn of 2 consecutive hours, except during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Additional charge: 100,00 Euros for each couple or nuclear family.
- It is mandatory to use the swimsuit to access to the wellness cave.
- The Access to our SPA path is only for people aged more than 16 years old.

- From Monday to Thursday included
- From 15:00 to 17:00 (€ 100,00 for the couple)
- From 21:30 to 23:00 (€ 150,00 for the couple)
- Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 (€ 100,00 for the couple)
**For all the guests who book our "Wellness Cave" for exclusive use: A Welcome Drink (Italian sparkling wine and fresh fruits composition) will be always included and served in the room at the end of the wellness path.
