DESCRIPTION
The Monte Conero Park is one of those magical places where you can experience a dual adventure: walking on mountain trails while looking out over the sea around and below us.
This trekking route starts from the charming seaside village of Sirolo (AN) and climbs up to 500 meters in altitude, reaching the summit of Monte Conero. It passes through mixed forests dominated by holm oaks and Mediterranean shrubland, with prehistoric caves, former Camaldolese monasteries now transformed into elegant hotels, Roman-era stone quarries, and majestic rock faces that testify to around 130 million years of geological history on our planet.
It is a medium-length circular route with no particular difficulties.
