Course duration of approximately 4 hours and preparation of the following dishes:
- Starter chosen by the Chef
- Main course - "FRESH PASTA", rolled out with a rolling pin (Zavardone, a typical pasta from the village of Verucchio) or Dessert ("Il Sogno" or "Il Tiramisù") The course includes equipment, raw materials, training by our Executive Chef Alessandro Mazzoni, and a final tasting. Still and sparkling water included (other drinks excluded). Course value: €50.00 per person.
