The restaurant "Al Mastin Vecchio" is situated close to the Verucchio picturesque square and to the hotel. Led by chef Alessandro Mazzoni, the cuisine wants to rediscover the raw materials and flavors offered by the Romagna and its hinterland, to enhance them according to seasonality and traditions, with a look at innovation. Authenticity and simplicity are the characteristic feature where the Romagna sfogline fresh pasta rules the roost between the first courses, then the fine meats and vegetables of the Valmarecchia.
The restaurant boasts elegant and evocative environments, it is possible to reserve special areas on request. In summer months it is possible to reserve our wonderful "panoramic terrace" with a spectacular view of the Marecchia Valley. The ancient tuff caves dating back to the 14 th century house the precious cellar of the restaurant where there are some refined labels of our wine list. The cellar is always open to the customers.
